■ Shipping export operation process

 1, Order

After accepting the client's power of attorney, review the contents of the power of attorney and confirm the commissioned items.

2, Booking

       The system of entrustment is ordered to the shipping company to obtain the shipping company's matching receipt.

3, Do the box

        The team gets the equipment transfer order and picks up the container at the yard to load it at the customer's factory. Or the customer will deliver the goods directly to the designated yard or warehouse.

4, Customs declaration

       After the complete customs declaration documents are prepared, the export customs declaration will be started, and the customs will pass the inspection after passing the examination.

5, The bill of lading confirmation

       According to the power of attorney, the bill of lading is confirmed and the bill of lading is confirmed with the customer to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the bill of lading.

6, Pay

      Confirm the bill with the customer and charge the relevant fees.

7, Signing

      According to the customer's request, issue a bill of lading and mail it to the customer.

8, Return to the customs declaration

      After one month of export declaration, the customs declaration will be returned to the customer for tax refund.

9, The destination port for the bill of lading

      After the goods arrive at the port of destination, the shipping company informs the consignee to exchange the bill of lading.

10, Customs clearance

      After the complete customs declaration documents are prepared, the import declaration will be started, and the customs will review the release and pick up the goods.

■ Shipping export operation precautions

1. The Chinese name displayed on the customs declaration form shall be checked according to the customs commodity code to check whether the two are consistent, and the required customs declaration documents shall be handled and provided according to the regulatory conditions. 

2. All customs declaration documents must ensure that the information is consistent.

3. The Customs may check the declared goods to determine whether the goods are in conformity with the information declared on the customs declaration form.

4. When the shipping season is high, the ship is easy to overload, and the declaration procedures should be handled in advance to prevent the ship company from being overloaded.

5, the issuance of the original bill of lading must ensure that each original bill of lading has a signature.
